Hearty Dessert & Bakery (嚐在心) is now open for business!

In collaboration with Xu Shan Charitable Foundation and with the support of Sunlight REIT, Hearty Dessert & Bakery, which offers classic Chinese-style bakery and dessert, has served the Tai Kok Tsui community since September 2025.

Hearty Dessert & Bakery utilises the ‘Brick-and-Mortar’ store model as a platform to empower youth and people with disabilities interested in the catering industry to develop their talents, encouraging community inclusion. We encourage all team members to innovate and take risks in order to discover their true potential and contribute to our team.

Hearty Dessert & Bakery specialises in Chinese and Western desserts and bakery products. Led by an experienced food and service team, we aim to realise our core values of ‘co-nourishment’, ‘co-operation’ and ‘co-creation’.
